Who we are
Northstack Partners ("Northstack", "we") books first meetings between Microsoft partners and IT leaders at other businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information. Contact: hello@northstackpartners.com, 706-20 William Roe Blvd, Newmarket, ON L3Y 5V6, Canada.
What we collect
- Business contact details of professionals we may email: name, job title, company, business email address and business phone number.
- Company information such as industry, size, location and publicly reported technology use.
- A record of where each business email address was obtained, and of our messages and your replies.
- Information you give us when you contact us or book a call.
Where it comes from
Business websites and other public sources where professionals publish their contact details, licensed business data providers, and information you or our clients give us. We do not scrape social networks.
How we use it
- To send a small number of business emails about services relevant to your role.
- To arrange meetings you agree to, and to brief the partner you will meet.
- To keep a permanent record of opt-out requests so you are never contacted again.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing to personal email addresses.
Who we share it with
If you agree to a meeting, we share your contact details and the meeting brief with the partner you will meet. We use service providers for email delivery, data verification and record keeping, under contracts that protect your information. Some providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Opting out
Every email we send includes a way to opt out. Reply "no" to any message or write to optout@northstackpartners.com. We act on opt-outs within 10 business days and they apply across every campaign we run.
How long we keep it
We keep prospect records for up to 24 months after our last contact, except opt-out records, which we keep permanently so we can honour them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@northstackpartners.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
