How a meeting reaches your calendar

Four steps, agreed in writing before anything is sent.

  1. Define

We agree what counts as a qualified meeting: title, company profile, active initiative, attendance.

    Week 1
  2. Build

Sending domains and mailboxes are registered to you, then warmed for 30 days before any outreach.

    Weeks 1 to 4
  3. Reach

Short, plain-text emails tied to real deadlines, sent in your name after you approve the copy.

    From week 5
  4. Vet

A 10-minute technical call with each prospect, then a one-page brief before the meeting.

Built by an architect, not a call centre

I'm Imad Mzafar, an AZ-305 certified Azure architect with 30 years in enterprise IT.

Northstack exists because many Microsoft partners deliver excellent Azure work but struggle to get in front of the right IT leaders. The agencies they hire send generalists who cannot tell a real migration project from idle curiosity.

Every email we send is written by someone who knows what a landing zone, an extended security update and a VMware renewal mean to the person reading it. Every meeting is checked by the same person before it reaches you.

Questions partners ask

Anything else, ask on the call.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

All four must hold: the attendee is director level or above in IT, or C-level; the company matches the profile we agreed; they confirmed an active initiative or problem within the next 12 months; and they attend. The definition is written into your contract.

Whose name are the emails sent in?

Yours. Emails go out from sending domains registered to your company, never your main domain, and you approve every sequence before it starts.

Is this compliant with anti-spam law?

Every email identifies the sender and your company, includes a mailing address and a one-line opt-out, and unsubscribes are honoured across every campaign. We follow CAN-SPAM for US prospects and contact Canadian prospects only where CASL consent is documented.

How long until the first meeting?

New domains warm up for 30 days before any outreach. Your contract sets a date for the first qualified meeting, within 60 days of kickoff.

Do you work with AWS or Google Cloud partners?

No. Northstack works only with Microsoft partners, which keeps the targeting, the copy and the qualification specific.

Do you cold call or use LinkedIn automation?

No. We use email, plus a manual LinkedIn connection with prospects who have already replied.
